To Medicare Patients

Dear Medicare Patients,

We regret to inform you the US Federal Government has decided the Medicare program will no longer pay for services at SignatureCare Emergency Centers. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, SignatureCare was given the ability via a waiver to see Medicare patients, and this is now ending. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the senior citizen community that we have served.

SignatureCare has been fortunate and privileged to have cared for tens of thousands of Medicare patients during the pandemic, and we are proud to have been a trusted healthcare provider for this community. We understand that Medicare has played an important role in ensuring access to quality healthcare for seniors, and we recognize the continued value that it brings to patients.

Although we are disappointed that we will no longer be participating in the Medicare program, we can certainly discuss financial options with you if you wish to continue with SignatureCare as your emergency provider of choice. We remain committed to providing the best possible care to all patients who seek our services and we encourage you to reach out to our team if you have any questions or concerns about your medical care or your insurance coverage.

If you have valued and enjoyed your experience at our centers, we encourage you to reach out to your legislators and advocate for our services. Your voice matters. We believe that the more our community speaks up, the better we can serve those in need.

Thank you for your continued trust in SignatureCare, and we will strive to serve you in the future.

Sincerely,

The SignatureCare Team
